Shipping policy

All contiguous U.S. orders of $100+ ship FREE! Domestic orders outside the contiguous U.S. ships for a $5 flat rate. Please note at this time we are only able to ship our perfumes, colognes and diffusers within the United States via ground shipping only. Once shipped, orders within the U.S. typically arrive to your home 1-7 days.

As of 6/1/25, we will no longer be able to offer shipping to Canada. 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Some orders may take longer to process and  ship due to product availability. If you do not receive a shipping notice email within 10 business days of placing your order, please message us at sales@millercandleco.com for a status update. If there is going to be a delay we try our best to reach out to you so you can stay informed. 

The above are processing times and do not include the time the package is in transit with a carrier. We ship USPS Ground and it usually takes 1-5 business days. You will automatically receive a shipping notification email from us with tracking information when your order is shipped

Delivered but Not Received Packages and Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Miller Candle Co. is no longer liable for its whereabouts. We understand how frustrating it can be to experience delivery issues, and while we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered, we are happy to assist you in navigating the next steps:

  • Check Nearby: Look around your property, including porches, side doors, or mailboxes, and ask neighbors or household members if they may have received the package.
  • Contact the Carrier:
    • USPS: Contact your local Post Office with the tracking number to gather more information about where the package was delivered.
  • Contact Us: Once all the above steps have been taken and you still can’t locate your package contact us so we can file a claim and get a replacement out to you. Please note that your order automatically has up to $200 shipping insurance included. This covers lost or packages. For all orders over $200 we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout.
  • Damaged: If your candle arrives damaged from transit, don’t worry! Reach out to us and we will replace it for free!
